Driving pleasure 2020: Even safer and more comfortable, even more eco-friendly and intelligent - that's how driving should be. Our status report shows current trends in automotive technology. The long-term goal is the autonomous car with purely electric steering and braking control. The decisive cog in future vehicle concepts: drive technology. In addition to the continuous optimization of combustion engines, hybrid and electric drives are causing system disruptions.
