Beschreibung

Will furniture manufacturers in 2030 offer instructions and raw materials so that customers can build and design their own furniture with their 3D printer? And will we be wearing smart T-shirts that record a variety of bodily functions, and how will that affect health care?

These are the questions addressed by the Foresight reports: an interdisciplinary VDI TZ team had subcontracted the BMBF's current Foresight process with the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research (ISI). The result consists of three volumes. The first volume of results deals with citizen participation in the research and innovation system, learning and working in a smart world or new tasks between transparency, post-privacy and privacy protection.
